Tips: * Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day. * Excerise 4 days a week at a minimum. * Don't eat when you aren't hungry. * Stop eating when you are full, even if it's only half gone. * Seconds are a NO-NO. * Do not eat in the car. * Do not eat late at night if at all possible. * Try to keep servings no bigger than the palm of your hand. * Set small/Realistic Attainable Goals * Remember WeightLoss should be a slow process (1-2 pounds a week is the norm) for a sucessful result * Don't let minor setbacks discourage you
